In this class, the student will learn how to search for comparables and present the results using Paragon. The goal is to help the student determine the type of search and reports that will be most effective based on the purpose of the analysis. Students will learn to customize and save a CMA search template and become familiar with many reports that present comparables and statistics. Other activities will include setting up the key elements of a CMA Presentation using the CMA wizard and defining geographic search areas using map tools.

This class will be held online via Zoom. Registered students will receive the meeting ID and password two days prior to the course start date.
The MLS Tax Suite course will teach you how to use the valuable information found in statewide public property record data to research ownership, sales data and property tax information.
